We consider both you and the needs of our staff/studio when it comes to cancellations.
Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and for one use. If you cancel a second time after rescheduling, your credit will be voided.
One Time Workshops
Please give as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel! We are a small studio, and cancellations can lead to the workshop being cancelled if we cannot fill your spot in time. 7+ days prior to the workshop, we can issue a full credit or a refund with a $10 processing fee. Within 7 days of the workshop, we are happy to credit you for another workshop. Within 72 hours of the workshop time, we cannot issue a credit or refund. *Special or out-of-studio workshops may have different cancellation terms.
Weekly Classes
Please give as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel! We are a small studio, and cancellations can lead to the class being cancelled if we cannot fill the spot in time.
14+ days prior to the first day of class, we can issue a full credit or a refund with a $30 processing fee. Within 14 days of the first class, we can issue a 75% credit or a 50% refund with $30 processing fee. Within 72 hours of the first class, we cannot issue a credit or refund.
Once a class session has begun, we cannot issue a credit or refund. We advise you to check your schedule before signing up for classes, as we cannot offer makeup classes if you miss a day.
Private Workshops + Lessons
7+ days prior to the workshop (or if the workshop has not yet been confirmed as scheduled), we can issue a full credit or a refund with a $40 processing fee. Within 7 days of the workshop, we are happy to reschedule to another date, issue a full credit, or issue a 75% refund with a $40 processing fee. Within 48 hours of the workshop time, we cannot issue a credit or refund.
Private workshops must be scheduled within six months from the date of purchase. After six months, the purchase is non-refundable and a workshop cannot be scheduled from that purchase. Please contact us about scheduling your private workshop before making a purchase (even as a gift).
COVID + Illness
Please don’t come to class sick! Email us at hello@morehouse.studio and we will find a fair solution. If you are found to have knowingly come to the studio during an active COVID-19 infection (within 10 days of first positive test), you will not be allowed back and no refund will be issued. This is to protect our students, members, and staff.
Weather
In case of inclement weather, classes/workshops may be cancelled for everyone’s safety. Weekly classes will have an extra date added either to the end of the session or midweek if the schedule doesn’t allow for an extra week. One-time workshops will have the option of a rescheduling, credit, or refund.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are nonrefundable purchases.
OTHER POLICIES
One purchase of a workshop or class is good for one student spot. Each person must purchase a workshop in order to participate in the class. Any additional person/s who did not purchase a spot will be asked to leave.
