We consider both you and the needs of our staff/studio when it comes to our cancellation policy.
Weather
If the local weather has a warning for snow, storms, etc. we will add another class to the weekly sessions you signed up for or reschedule the workshop for another date. If you cannot come on those dates we are happy to offer you a refund or credit to the studio!
Weekly Classes + Camp
If you need to cancel we ask for a 7 day notice prior to the first class of your weekly session/camp with $30 processing fee. If you do need to cancel after the 7 days, we can give you half of your purchase back if done within 48 hours of the class start time. If you want to cancel within 48 hours of the class start time we cannot offer a refund. We are a small studio and will do our best to get your spot filled but need time to do that since people on the waitlist will need to arrange their schedules as well!
One Time Workshops
This includes any of our Workshops, Date Nights, Hand Building, and other One Time Workshops. If you need to cancel and would like a refund we need 7 days notice prior to the workshop date/time. There will be a $10 processing fee for canceling. If you are contacting in less than 7 days, up until 48 hours of the workshop we are happy to credit you for another class, you may use this option once. If you must cancel a second time after having already rescheduled, you will not be refunded or given a credit. If you contact anytime 48 hours prior to the workshop you will not be refunded for your purchase. We are a small studio and would not have time to fill your spot you had reserved.
Private Workshops
If your group needs to cancel their Group Workshop, it is fully refundable if we are notified 7 days prior to the start time of the workshop. If you do not get to cancel before the 7 days, we will refund you the group rate minus the deposit for that date. We can adjust the headcount of your group as long as we are notified 48 hours in advance.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are nonrefundable purchases.
OTHER POLCIES
One purchase of a workshop or class is good for one student spot. Each person must purchase a workshop in order to participate in the class. If there is more than one person who has come to attend a class, the person/s who did not make a purchase will be asked to leave.
